• Remotely monitor and accurately interpret cardiac rhythms transmitted from patients throughout the hospital, ensuring continuous vigilance for changes or loss of signal.
• Monitored cardiac telemetry for multiple patients, ensuring timely identification of rhythm changes and immediate communication with medical staff.
• Promptly communicate critical cardiac rhythm changes, abnormalities, or equipment malfunctions to appropriate nursing staff and medical personnel.

Successfully trained numerous inexperienced Tele Techs, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to patient care.

• Directed staff on the Medical/Surgical (MS) unit, coordinating patient tests and surgeries with other units and doctors throughout the hospital.

• Helped create and fine-tune the outline for night shift HUC job duties, demonstrating efficiency and organizational skills.
• Coordinated hospital medivac transfers and managed incoming/outgoing phone calls for staff and patients, relying heavily on radio and phone communication.
• Provided essential Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) during night shifts when no other HUC assistance was available.
