Even Steven Post Production is a small film & tv post production company which works to transform raw film and video footage along with audio into a polished, finished product. This encompasses editing, sound design, visual effects, color correction, and more.

• Gained valuable experience working aside film & tv editors by using Final Cut Pro (editing software), as well as Premier Pro Adobe to design layouts for advertisements and DVD covers.
• Expanded technical skills by assisting in bookkeeping and 3D effects rendering.
• Learned how to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel as well as how create invoices in Quicken.
• In addition to doing lower-level rendering work in 3D, supported staff members in their daily tasks and filing which reduced workload burden and allowed for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.

Student-led, non-profit art magazine that empowers non-traditional high school students from all walks of life to express themselves through various forms of art (i.e. visual, photography, sewing, creative writing, sculpting, etc.)

• Co-founded TTP during the sophomore year of high school when I discovered that there weren’t any dedicated clubs for high school students in my online charter.
• Became proficient using Adobe tools
• Diverse membership has doubled every year since inception: now has 40+ members from across the country.
• Hosted meetings and fostered a community amongst strangers across the nation.
• Spearheaded a fundraiser that raised $2500 allowing us to double our printing of TTP (40% more than what was initially projected).
• Negotiated with printers to print hard copies of TTP that were then distributed to several bookstores and venues throughout the Los Angeles area.

Kirk School is a small, private elementary school that serves PreK-5. Their mission is to educated using a child-centered philosophy that promotes STEM.

• Assisted with special events and programs from clean-up crew at the annual Pancake Breakfast, and did backstage tech during Kinder Circus.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Facilitated various art and science projects with children at all grade levels.
• Supported teachers as a TA, grading papers and prepping projects.

Inspirit AI is an AI research and education program aimed at high school students, where students can work with graduate students studying machine learning to create models and learn about machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Worked with professionals in the field of artificial intelligence to engineer machine learning models that extracted data in order to answer important questions concerning various scientific fields and criminology.
• Gained valuable insight into scientific research processes and experienced first introduction into creating machine learning models.
• My main model concerned ways to reduce the imbalances in racial targeting seen within AI models used within the US criminal justice system.
