My role is using the engineering tools provided to assist the AT&T Mobility team in the validation of the EMS Solution for Cisco Prime EMS projects. This includes:

· Configure Network element alarms integration and testing to Acuitas EMS

· Configure Hardware expansion for Acuitas EMS to support new network elements

· Build MOP documentation to perform sysadmin activities, upgrades, and security tool implementation

· Testing of the software and hardware configurations, Documentation per process, Solutions architecture design and planning

· Provides Post FFA support to end-users and operational teams and follows up on technical requirements with customers and vendors

· Participated in network cloud migration proof of concept.

Develop, deliver, document, configure integrate and test software systems (“Middleware”) that will sit inside AT&T between existing AT&T Botcop anti-spam systems and AT&T provisioning systems
