Currently the head of all licensing processes and procedures within the Compliance Department at First Home. This covers 22 company licenses, 32 branch licenses, 175 mortgage loan originator licenses, various business and desk rental licenses

  • Assist Loan Officers and LPAs in signing up for 20-hour National Course, scheduling National Exam, and obtaining new state MLO licenses. Troubleshoot any complex licensing scenarios
  • Utilize the NMLS website to apply for MLO, branch, and new company licenses. Address any license items that are added to pending license applications
  • Update First Home website with any new license approvals or surrenders. Add and remove any onboarding or leaving LOs and Branch Managers. Add or remove branch locations
  • Handle onboarding of new Licensed Production Assistants, Loan Officers, and Branch Managers
  • Assist all 175 licensed individuals with continuing education requirements and annual license renewal applications. Prepare and execute all company license and branch license renewals
  • Apply for business licenses and annual renewals
  • Track and approve renewals for company surety bonds. Check for any necessary increases or decreases in policy amount
  • Allocate Compliance Department invoices and submit for monthly report in Concur.
