• Basic Plumbing including; Toilet, Faucet and minor Pipe Repair
• Painting including; Preparation, Sanding and Color Matching
• Electrical Repairs including; light switch, cords, ballasts and bulbs and circuit breakers
• Lock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keys
• Screen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when needed
• HVAC repair diagnostics cleaning and replacment of machines
• Detailing Turnover Units, completing within 5 days.
• Responsible for answering after hours calls and reporting back to property and fixing the issue or calling vendor to assist
• 45hrs /week

• Effectively and efficiently repair a wide range of commercial building appliances including but not limited to; split systems, Handlers, Condensers, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Proficient in independent record keeping for any materials purchased.
• Sufficient in communicating updates and/or issues that occur, while closing out work orders.
• Ability to timely handle tasks independently, and/or assist other team members when necessary.
• 45HRS / week worked on holidays and weekends through the year

• Successfully conducted routine flooring, plumbing and air conditioning repairs in a timely manner.
• Proficient in performing general maintenance requirements for residential communities.
• Accurately maintained inventory of all tools, materials and parts consumed monthly.
• Promptly executed on-call and after hour urgent repairs to military residents.

40HRS / week sometimes asked to come in on weekends.

• Able to successfully and efficiently communicate work order statuses; times, materials, notes.
• Properly repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames.
• Safely and sufficiently operated power blowers whilst cleaning roof tops, sidewalks and driveways.
• Performing a multitude of landscaping and groundwork repairs.
• 40HRS / week sometimes asked to come in on weekends.
