Summary

To graduate with a music education degree and acquire the skills needed to teach all levels of music in public education.

While in high-school I was enrolled in PALS for two years, working with kids in elementary and middle schools who struggle with academics, socializing, and trust issues. This allows me to mentor these students and build relationships that have a positive impact. I have also worked with kids and adults with special needs at Camp C.A.M.P. which is a summer camp that advocates for a more accessible world. With my summer experience I have worked with different age groups from 5 years to 55 years of age. I am proficient in Trombone and Euphonium aspiring to get into the Texas State School of Music. I was the Trombone section leader for two consecutive years in high-school. This coming summer I will also be the Baritone section leader at Genesis Drum and Bugle Corp.
