Summary
I am currently enrolled at the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) as a full-time student with a 3.88 GPA. I plan to graduate in the Spring of 2026 with a Bachelor of Biology (concentration on Science of the Environment) and a Minor in Environmental Studies. I earned my Associate of Science with a 4.0 GPA from Lincoln Land Community College in May 2023. Upon graduation from UIS, I plan to work toward obtaining a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering.
I have had a passion for the field of Environmental Science from a very young age and developed a strong interest in aquatic ecology and more specifically, the various species of zooplankton residing within an aquatic ecosystem. I participated and placed in IJAS Regional, State, and International Science Fairs from 2017 - 2022, with my projects focused on Zooplankton Studies in Lentic Ecosystems. I am eager to gain more experience and education in the field of Environmental Science.
