• Present implementation is for both client’s Products and Services units; This was end-to-end implementation for Financials, MFG, Supply Chain, and CRM modules; Products division was using ERP and Services division was using arcane ERP; Oracle was to be implemented as single ERP solution across company; Around 100 Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, and Extensions (RICE) components.

• Supply chain Consultant in team of six members for women’s accessories industry
• Worked on implementation that was for client’s Finger Nails and Accessories units and was end-to-end implementation for Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules; all customer’s orders for company were received using EDI gateway and then processed in Oracle through WMS module.

• Implementation was for both their Beauty and Beachbody units( beauty and fitness industry client)
• It included complete custom solution for their continuity programs and Customer service portal and Integration with 3rd party contract warehouses in Oracle Order management.

• Worked for client that took over division of company using Oracle eBusiness suite 11.5.10; parent company was using M2M ERP; present project was aimed at implementing combined instance for both parent and new unit with whole suite of Financials, MFG, and Supply Chain modules using Oracle Business Accelerator.

• Supply Chain and Manufacturing Consultant in team of four members for medical equipment industry client
• Project was aimed at carrying out analysis of all customizations in present instance and replace them with new functionalities in 11.5.10.2 as far as possible; final deliverable was matrix of customization elimination and project approach document for carrying out upgrade.

• Lead Functional Consultant and Solution Architect in team of four members (site specific) for medical equipment industry client
• Client used Mainframe system as cost and transfer price repository that was interfaced with Oracle Cost module; transfer price was reflected on th affiliate Sales Orders in Order Management (OM) module; For manual affiliate Sale Order transactions, present process used transfer price pricelist
• Aimed at automating Inter organization Transfer Price (TP) population on Sales Orders; process was automated by calling function using dynamic formula on price list and populating on Sales Order without maintaining te pricelist for all items; Price needs to be correctly calculated for CTO items; Also participated in setting up qualifiers, modifiers, and pricing formulas in Advanced Pricing module; Also solution for their supply chain was required that included deciding when and where supplies depending on Sales Order demand.

• This project was aimed at a substantiated Accounts Payable sub ledger, real time balancing of internal invoices, and aligning financial flows and operational flows with an end-to-end internal settlement transactional audit trail; Some of the Purchase Orders were flowing from iProcurement module too
• This project included working on the complete Procure-to-Pay cycle and Order-to-Cash cycle with Oracle Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Shipping (WSH), and Payables setups (AP), and ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)

• Project was executed to present client all features and functionalities of Oracle applications eBusiness suite that were to implement in their place; client provided basic business process documents and whole processes were mapped and test instance was setup offshore; client was given a walkthrough presentation in test instance.

• Site Module Consultant in team of nine members for hydraulic excavators industry client
• Client was using lot of legacy applications with Oracle base but none of them were integrated; Hence they implemented whole eBusiness suite of Oracle Applications with Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, and HRMS modules; had implemented Oracle Financials 11.5.3 and were to upgrade that also to single integrated instance of all modules in 11.5.8

• As requirement of ISO 9000, measuring instruments and fixtures were to be calibrated at fixed pre defined intervals; There were totally 300 instruments and 200 fixtures located in 15 different locations; project was configured in simple FoxPro front-end to automatically generate schedule for recall and calibration of instruments lying in various departments; implementation was undertaken for their manufacturing site at Vikhroli in furniture manufacturing plant.
