My role in this project is to ensure that the implementation of the PIM (Product Information Management) system from Informatica meets the needs of Komatsu Construction (KAC) and Mining (KMC) divisions.

As a Product Manager at LPL Financials, I spearheaded the strategic development and operational execution of a new Trading Data Platform (TRD Platform) built on cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Debezium, and SQL Server.
Client - Detroit Energy (DTE)
DTE is undergoing digital transformation and top priority on the operational side modernization with 2 workstreams. I was given responsibility to delivery of both workstreams Power Status visualization and congregation report. The project was to replace its existing antiquates solutions with latest tech so DTE can move from reactive mode to proactive mode to avoid emergencies and improve response times during emergencies.

Mastercard aimed to create a new source of truth for merchant data by designing a new Merchant Master database hosted in the cloud and accessible through a suite of APIs. Using MDM process the golden record was identified and stored into the new merchant database.

Implementation of AI driven data decision engine (DDE). With so many data sources and hundreds of attributes MasterCard had a vision to implement a DDE using AI to clean up data and only bring in information relevant to mastercard.
In my role as a PM, I was tasked with ensuring a smooth migration of data to an AWS solution. My main responsibility is to oversee the transfer from the client’s existing cloud and on-premise databases to AWS and connect customer facing applications to the new AWS instance. This innovative system is set to replace two antiquated legacy systems, which will simplify processes and improve the overall experience for users.
