Client - Komatsu

My role in this project is to ensure that the implementation of the PIM (Product Information Management) system from Informatica meets the needs of Komatsu Construction (KAC) and Mining (KMC) divisions.

Responsibilities:

• conducted deep dive sessions with client and cross functional team to understand requirements
• data source integration – SAP, Palantir and AAP defined source to target mapping and ETL rules
• WebUI and FlexUI needs within P360 - designed the UI
• Delivered integration points between P360 and e-commerce portal myKomatsu
• Authored Business requirements document as user stories
• Drove solution around the complexity of Unit of measure (metric vs imperial systems)

Next phase will be global implementation of P360 for Komatsu world operations.

Client - LPL Financials

As a Product Manager at LPL Financials, I spearheaded the strategic development and operational execution of a new Trading Data Platform (TRD Platform) built on cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Debezium, and SQL Server.

• Crafted the product vision and roadmap - strategic discussions and forward outlook of the product
• Actively participated on design, development, and deployment strategies with the technical team
• Requirements gathered working with cross functional teams and translated into EPICs, Features and user stories
• Adopted communication strategy to ensure accuracy of information shared

Client - Detroit Energy (DTE)

DTE is undergoing digital transformation and top priority on the operational side modernization with 2 workstreams. I was given responsibility to delivery of both workstreams Power Status visualization and congregation report. The project was to replace its existing antiquates solutions with latest tech so DTE can move from reactive mode to proactive mode to avoid emergencies and improve response times during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Delivery realtime outage visualization on a map using ArcGIS technology
• Drove technology discussions, architectural approach, data clean using data quality rules oversaw comprehensive solution delivery
• Redesigned UI-UX experience driving up customer satisfaction - used figma for prototyping
• Requirements gathering sessions
• Implement standardized processes - Engaged with various DTE regional leaders to understand the nuances in processes and design a standard process.

Client - Master Card

Mastercard aimed to create a new source of truth for merchant data by designing a new Merchant Master database hosted in the cloud and accessible through a suite of APIs. Using MDM process the golden record was identified and stored into the new merchant database.

As a product manager, I was responsible for overseeing the development, design, and delivery of a product–Merchant Master Database

Client - Sightline Payments

Deploy an Azure Cloud-based ETL and storage solution to modernize and replace the current on-premises data center migration and integrate with our proprietary payment system.

Client-Master Card

Implementation of AI driven data decision engine (DDE). With so many data sources and hundreds of attributes MasterCard had a vision to implement a DDE using AI to clean up data and only bring in information relevant to mastercard.

In my role as a PM, I was tasked with ensuring a smooth migration of data to an AWS solution. My main responsibility is to oversee the transfer from the client’s existing cloud and on-premise databases to AWS and connect customer facing applications to the new AWS instance. This innovative system is set to replace two antiquated legacy systems, which will simplify processes and improve the overall experience for users.
