Roles And Responsibilities
Ability to develop and improve the visualization over shop floor by following 5S practices and guide the employees to maintain clean and organized workplace. Planning and processing for jig, Fixture & Gauge maintenance and BOP as per production requirement & proper follow up with other departments to meet the requirements. Plan and allocate the load to force, Monitor the productivity and quality & maintain the daily production reports and ensuring on time delivery of finished goods. Execution of machining time consideration and planning of repair and spare of parts as per need and also enhance production process using tools like Kaizen and Poka-Yoke. Attending daily red bin analysis meeting to find out the root cause of defects and taking necessary action by using 7QC tools. Responsible for on job training of operator, work instruction, Skill matrix & SOP. Planning and processing of new models manufacturing for production & implementing on process quality controls in production for new manufacturing. Execution of Process parameter check sheet, daily machine check sheet, Poka-yoke verification check sheets. To ensure in Weld process quality at different stages of manufacturing and analyzing quality of weld penetration on daily basis. To control WIP Inventory. Knowledge of welding process and managing relevant manpower and resources planning. Ensuring to manage all respective reports and database as per ISO standards on a periodic basis. Should be capable of handling 50-70 manpower with ensuring safety at plant and 5S in functional areas and ensuring to update and share the individual production reports on a timely basis and accurately. Interacting with In-house customer departments and satisfied them with ensuring best services.
