• Inspecting goods deliveries to make sure it correct and of the highest quality.

• Handling electric cash register, 3S software, receipts, and cash.
• Consult with the chef to plan healthy and cost-effective menus.
• Make ensure all staff is fully trained in food safety and kitchen sanitation regulations.

• Scheduling employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered.
• Managing stock control, inventory & budgets.
