Responsibilities:

o Assuring full responsibility for managing Direct Reporting- 10, and Indirect Reporting 120 FTEs.
o Currently managing two processes with two different specialties, managing end-to-end business for multispecialty.
o PMS (Billing Application) transition.
o Transition of a new business.
o Good End 2 End knowledge (Except Coding).
o Daily huddle with all the departments to ensure all are on the same page.
o Ensuring pre-Coding charts are coded within 3 days.
o Ensuring Post coding should be in >3 days of backlog.
o Ensuring Payments are being posted withing the TAT.
o AR worklist slice and dice.
o Maintaining AR Days to ensure collection goals achieved & Controlled AR Days.
o Automation within the process.
o Maintain buffer below 20% (120% EOQ).
o Manage Employee Utilization &Productivity - Maintain Prohance Utilization Target of 95%.
o Successfully implement a minimum of 1 initiative every quarter to drive process improvement.
o Clear inventory as per client projected targets.
o Reduce Staff turnover - Attrition to be maintained at an annual goal of less than 96%.
o Address client complaints and concerns to build long time partnership\relationship - Pulse of the process must be either amber or green.
o 95% compliance on ensuring that the client complaints tracker updated, and complaints closed within TAT.
o Finding trends within the worklist, bifurcating worklist to prioritize high aging and High $ accounts.
o Keeping a tab on the credit accounts and assigning the credit accounts for completion.
o Preparing and sharing weekly/ monthly Operational business reviews to stakeholders.
o Consistent on meeting\overachieving annual AOPs and quarterly revenue targets.
o Helped organization get additional FTEs and more business.
o Ensured there is no revenue leakage.
o Supervised weekly / monthly assessments, and prepared stacks and performance improvement plans.
o Analyzed account receivables and corrected all problems.
o Met all productivity and collection goals including dollars collected and accounts handled.
