Close consumer and business accounts, safe deposit boxes, CDs, Ready Reserve accounts.
Close and order debit cards.
Set up domestic and international wire transfers.
Assist retail and business customers with online banking issues
Set up internal ACH transfers
Assisted GM with the operations of the front office on a daily basis.
