Performed different types of automated liquid handler machines:

• ECHO550 liquid. handler:exceptional precision and accuracy in liquid transfers, with the ability to dispense volumes as low as 2.5 nanoliters used to prepare PCR and run the gel electrophoresis.
• BIOMEK Automated Liquid Handler for pipetting a wide range of volume precision and accuracy
• Hamilton Nimbus:Used to dispense reagents such as PCR master mix, primers, and template DNA into PCR reaction plates or tubes& was used to automate the extraction of DNA or RNA from various samples.

• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the grocery store
• Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
