Managed over $1 billion in CMBS loan transactions with various global real estate lenders including: The Royal Bank of Scotland, Wells FArgo, Bank of America, LoanCore and UBS.

Managed various sections of the loan underwriting process for the following commercial property types: retail, office, self-storage, industrial, hotel and multi-family.

Performed daily tasks including financial analysis, tax analysis, CAM reconciliation, third party report review, rent roll/lease review, market research, credit committee memo writing, borrower credit analysis and securitization support necessary to underwrite each loan effectively.
