My hobbies include:

• crocheting unique pieces (usually clothing or amigurumi) either for myself, or for close friends and family.
• designing and creating unique pieces of jewelry, ranging from necklaces and bracelets, to earrings, and rings, and applying a variety of skills and techniques, such as wire cutting and shaping.
• I greatly enjoy reading, whether for personally pleasure or to educate myself and increase my knowledge in topics which I am passionate about, such as the natural world, human rights/social justice, feminism, gender and sexuality studies, visual art, dance, and many more!
• I enjoy traveling the world and exploring new places, and I am always excited to immerse myself in new cultures, learn new languages and try new food. I have been to over 20 countries around the world so far, and I truly believe that traveling teaches you so much and shapes who you are as a person.
• I especially love hiking, camping, skiing, and other outdoor activities in which I can surround myself with the beauty of nature.
• I am a photographer, and while I mostly consider my photography as a hobby, I do often incorporate my photography work into my professional artistic practice through mixed media pieces and digital collage.
• 3D printing - I got my first 3D printer at age 12, and since then I have enjoyed exploring the possibilities of 3D modeling and design, through the process of designing my own objects using digital programs (XYZmaker and SketchUp) and bringing my designs to life by printing them out on my 3D printer.
