Summary: Astha works with companies across the deal continuum, focused on enterprise transformation with a niche in human capital strategy and employee experience and culture during an integration / separation focused on day one planning and post deal execution. Astha has led 20+ deals with company size ranging from $30 million to $10 billion. Select notable experiences are listed below:

  • Led the Integration Management Office (IMO) for to support enterprise transformation for two large media and technology companies for a $4B+ acquisition to drive deal synergy ($20M) and value capture
  • Led Culture and Change Management Integration across two large global technology companies supporting a $3B+ acquisition across regions over 12 months working with cross-functional teams in US, Latin America, Europe and Asia
  • Developed H&R M&A Playbook to define a standardized way to conducting future deals for a $10B+ company spanning across governance, change management, culture, communications, deal complexity with functional and regional considerations for multiple scenarios

Senior Director

  • Responsible for designing and developing the GTM strategy and vision, revenue operations for a newly formed digital products team, operating as a start-up
  • Defined the sales methodology for targeting priority customers and developed a sales playbook to ensure effective rollout of sales plays across the sales organizations
  • Developed customer segmentation for strategic accounts (TAM, SAM included as part of analysis), sales coverage and archetypes models (goal: $50M ARR in 3 years)
