Urgent care setting providing care for patients 6 months and above. Workman's compensation evaluations and follow up to include appropriate diagnostics and referrals. Complete school physicas and employment physicals, drug screens, STI testing, suturing and wound care, IV hydration, and management of multiple acute conditions.

• Provide telehealth services for acute and chronic conditions including STI treatment, yeast infections, UTI's, dermatologic conditions, etc.

• Providing primary care services including preventive care, appropriate referrals, prescription refills. Treat acute and chronic conditions in all areas including ADHD, GLP-1, weight loss, cryotherapy, hypertension, diabetes, etc. Perform patient assessments, obtain detailed health histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with physician to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Currently employed as a part-time FNP at the walk in clinic, providing medical services to both commercially insured and Medicare patients. This is a 5 Star Medicare facility. Effective in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute episodic and chronic illnesses that vary in acuity level. Procedures include incision and drainage, simple laceration, knee injections, trigger finger injections.

• Urgent care walk in services and physicals as sole provider on site. Able to perform simple laceration repair, splinting, foreign body removal, minor burn treatment, treat minor injuries, and review X-rays to both adults and children.

• Effectively provided acute care services to children ranging from newborn to young adulthood at a pediatric night clinic, which included prescribing a therapeutic treatment plan including pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies.

• NICU: Provided critical nursing care for premature and sick newborns requiring proficient clinical assessment skills in detecting changes in health status and managed high stress situations.
• ER: Effectively triaged patients, performed quick and accurate assessments, provided care to a large diversity of patients with both mental and physical illnesses, and worked with physicians to facilitate patient care.
• Pediatric Transport Team: Ensured timely and safe transport of patients, performed detailed patient assessments, provided appropriate interventions as per protocol, and communicated patient updates to physicians and receiving units.
