  • Assisting the Store manager with small inventory (SISO)
  • Manage a team to make sure that customers are assisted properly
  • Assisted customers to locate product and provide solutions to craft problems
  • Work with our Replen team to put out product
  • Teach new team members how to use the cash register, how to properly answer the phones and interact with customers
  • Get the Make Breaks together for Sundays
  • Count money and transfer it to the bank
  • Framing Duties include printing out paperwork for the day so we know what needs to be done
  • Working on weekly paperwork to determine what we need to accomplish to do to complete our goals
  • Setting up goals for other people that are framing
  • Double checking people's measurments
  • Other duties associated with many other jobs I've done throughout my carreer

  • Worked with the replenishment team to unload truck and make sure that items were put away properly
  • Worked on small inventory (SISO) for that day
  • Made sure that the cash drawers were sorted properly
  • Cross checked Framing papers from the previous day to make sure their money and orders were correct
  • I also was sometimes, but not always, cashier in the mornings

  • Met with customers and discussed color composition for mats as well as designs for frames
  • Used time management to complete a certain number of predetermined projects
  • Used creativity to figure out how to mount objects into a frame by way of silicone glue, clear thread, pins, staples, tape, ect.
  • Used a program called Design Hub to put in measurements, colors and frame so that customers could see what the finished product could look like
  • I made sure I was knowledgable not only about the sales coming up in framing, but also about the rest of the store in case someone else had a question
  • Used a handheld computer for locating and putting away merchandise
