• University of California Riverside Women's Club Soccer, Fundraiser Volunteering, 03/2022, 05/2023, Participated in organized fundraisers selling food to students almost once a week. Lead by taking orders and making sure all customers were satisfied.
• Holy Spirit Church, Feeding the Homeless, 07/2022, Prepared food for the homeless and less fortunate. Gave necessities such as toothbrushes or soap as well as food. Was one of the main Spanish interpreters for those who did not speak English.
• Food Bank Riverside, 04/2023, Participated in organizing food for the less fortunate. Audited food to make sure it was of good quality. Participated in packing meal kits for those of low income/elderly.
• Project Sunshine, 04/2023, 06/2023, Assisted in bringing up children's mental health by making toys for them and sending them to different hospitals. Volunteered at Kaiser Fontana and played games/talked to children in need to cheer them up.
• Cope Health Scholars, 05/2023, 02/2024, Volunteered at Riverside Community Hospital and assisted in making the patient experience better. Rounded on patients to make sure they had everything necessary such as food/water, assisted them if they needed to go to the bathroom, and made sure they were comfortable overall. Helped nurses/CNAs (certified nursing assistants) with tasks such as changing the bed, cleaning the patient, taking vitals, taking specimens to the lab, etc.
• University of California Riverside Women's Club Soccer, President/Coach, 06/2023, 06/2024, Facilitate all games/league necessities and transportation for the team. Coordinate with other teams and the school to set up scrimmages. Coordinate with the Student Recreation Center. Help treasurer and ensure we get funding, help run/set up fundraisers. Help create/set up drills and ensure players are on task. Facilitate a positive environment where players feel safe and where they can learn, grow, and become better soccer players.
