• Tracking guardrail score and following best practice to maintain the quality of deliverables
• Analyzing and fixing warnings during development
• Analyzing issues and fix the bugs at the time of coding
• Responsible for migrating code through various environments
• Extensive debugging Skills in PRPC using with TRACER, Clipboard Log analyzer and Rules Inspector
• Interact with customer and participate in business and system requirements sessions
• Managing Audit trail information, versioning, and issue report governance

2. Project Name ADT (Agent Desktop)

• Responsible for developing user stories and assigning task to team members.
• Responsible for fixing upgrade issues from V7.8 to V.8 and V.8.3

3. Project Name Warranty Claims

Client PACCAR

The PACCR Next Generation Warranty application will be primarily used by business users to maintain the warranties, claims, Pre delivery inspection records and other related records for easy maintenance and management. The business users primarily include dealers for PACCAR, and internal users (users are divided into 3 divisions in US namely Kenworth, Peterbilt and KenMex). This will allow the business for easy maintenance of claims in real time which will be available instantly in the system for further processing thus lessening business wait time and improving performance.

• Configured Flows to process claim from submission to approval.
• Exposed in developing Class structure, Operators, Roles, Rule set, Rule set versions, workbaskets etc.
• Designed sections and Harness according to the business Requirement
• Created Declarative rules for calculations and Data pages to fetch data from DB
• Worked on Decision rules and configured those as per the User story requirement
• Delegated the tables for the Administrators for viewing/Updating records accordingly
• Using BIX Extract rules, extracted the case details to store in different tables dynamically

4. Project Name eIAP

Client: The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotia Bank)

eIAP program is an application developed in PRPC to replace the existing eIAP, which is an accounting platform for a PBO (Bank employee). CIF 1 B – PEGA used as a customer on-boarding engine integrating and channeling the customer information between the online front end portal to the backend core banking engine. Customer gets created through multiple satellite channels. Manual processes for customer validation Stand-alone applications. CIF Module is used to create & maintain the relevant customer data i.e. PF(Individual); PM (Large Corporate) & PFAE(SME) type of customer by Scotia Bank Mexico. Knowing your Customer always helps to grow one’s business. Pega paves the way to know our customer with the help of a framework called KYC which handles to collect information about our customer database like Personal Details, Work History, Risk Rating, Accounts Created / Maintained, Manage Accounts. eIAP need to gather and maintain the above information for the following customers in Bank of Nova Scotia.

• Worked closely with Client/Business Analyst in gathering requirements.
• Developed UI and applied skins based on the requirement
