Client PACCAR
The PACCR Next Generation Warranty application will be primarily used by business users to maintain the warranties, claims, Pre delivery inspection records and other related records for easy maintenance and management. The business users primarily include dealers for PACCAR, and internal users (users are divided into 3 divisions in US namely Kenworth, Peterbilt and KenMex). This will allow the business for easy maintenance of claims in real time which will be available instantly in the system for further processing thus lessening business wait time and improving performance.

Client: The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotia Bank)
eIAP program is an application developed in PRPC to replace the existing eIAP, which is an accounting platform for a PBO (Bank employee). CIF 1 B – PEGA used as a customer on-boarding engine integrating and channeling the customer information between the online front end portal to the backend core banking engine. Customer gets created through multiple satellite channels. Manual processes for customer validation Stand-alone applications. CIF Module is used to create & maintain the relevant customer data i.e. PF(Individual); PM (Large Corporate) & PFAE(SME) type of customer by Scotia Bank Mexico. Knowing your Customer always helps to grow one’s business. Pega paves the way to know our customer with the help of a framework called KYC which handles to collect information about our customer database like Personal Details, Work History, Risk Rating, Accounts Created / Maintained, Manage Accounts. eIAP need to gather and maintain the above information for the following customers in Bank of Nova Scotia.
