As a dog groomer at Pet Smart I was in charge of bathing my dogs, drying them and prepping them for their hair cuts. From dematting, shaving paw pads, doing their sanitary, anal glands, cleaning/ plucking ears and doing nails. Then I would proceed with doing the haircut and provide a safe environment for the dogs. I maintained a clean grooming area and would receive positive feedback from clients. I was also in charge of answering the phone, scheduling appointments and assisting the customers needs.

As a receptionist at Tavares Animal Hospital I was in charge of answering the phones and scheduling appointments for patients. I would write down any concerns the clients had about their pets and send the chart to the back for the Dr. to then handle. I was in charge of getting charts ready for the next day, making sure the money matched at the end of the day and lastly making sure all of the tasks on our daily check list got completed.

As a shift manager I was in charge of opening and closing the store and managing the money for all the registers. I assigned cleaning projects to my employees and made sure they were done properly. I was in charge of training new employees and tried to make it the most positive work environment for my coworkers. I was also in charge of helping customers and providing them with the best products to fit their animal's needs.
