I was responsible for implementing the various marketing strategies of the bank. I worked with my coworkers in the Marketing Department in the development of new products and programs. I was the community development liaison responsible for coordinating many of the bank's philanthropic efforts. I managed the bank's supply of promotional items and worked with the vendors researching and ordering items for the bank. I designed many of the bank's ads and other marketing materials, for use both internally and externally. I wrote company letters. I was responsible for the intake and processing of all Marketing invoices. I was a leader in the bank's corporate culture program, responsible for implementing the program at my location.
I am a 2015 Honors Graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing & Management and held my Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) certification for 7 years. Additionally, I was selected as an ABA CFMP Working Group Member, a volunteer position I held for 6 years. I worked with a group of ABA employees and other CFMP-certified volunteers to establish the CFMP exam blueprints, develop the examination, establish the passing standards, and assist ABA with identifying market-relevant educational programming.
