Additional Information

I have always had a passion for cosmetology, and truly fell in love with this industry while in school. However, joining the workforce in this industry, taking on many roles being a self-employed cosmetologist, I fell in love with the business, and customer support side even more, with an emphasis on day to day operations of scheduling and communicating with clients. I know it can be overwhelming for salons to keep up with scheduling, and other client communications, while also having to wear so many other hats. That's why I am looking to provide my services in exceptional customer care, to service providers, so they can focus on what they truly love to do, while I handle the scheduling, and customer communication needs.
