- Assessed the conditions of the Fitness Center, Meeting Rooms, Pools, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Basketball Courts, Disc Golf Course, Playgrounds, Putting Green, and Volleyball Court.
- Cleaned and checked all work out machinery to ensure optimal use.
- Assisted my bosses and coworkers in projects including organizing new and old homeowners addresses, trash/waste control, communal damages/replacements, etc.
- Organized homeowner files, delivered mail to the Post Office and UPS store, went to the store to buy supplies for the office and meetings/events, and routinely tasked with assessing homeowner complaints, problems, and questions.
- Helped with organizing special events, helped homeowners with directions and any other questions, took out the trash and replaced all necessary items around the office including bathrooms, called maintenance workers in the event of a pool problem, fitness machinery issue, ac issue, or bathroom problem.
- Established a fun yet comforting and safe environment for homeowners and their families everyday.
