Input data regarding design specifications for doors and frames from customer. Convert PLM data into fabrication information for CAD and database applications. Prepare door and frame builds for CNC routing using CAD/CAM software. Use AutoCad to fine tune individual builds for manufacturing. Organize and track PLM data for database efficiency. Act as liaison between estimation and manufacturing departments.

Responsible for building new residential housing as well as commercial structures for new businesses.
Performed construction duties for residential housing and commercial sites for new and existing businesses. Built decks, gazebos, and other structures for residential sites. Responsible for painting and sheet rock installation or repair for residential and commercial sites. Installed new flooring including wood, vinyl, as well as ceramic and tile work for individual jobs. Performed landscaping duties such as lawn mowing, tree and shrubbery installation, irrigation systems, as well as rock and masonry work. Installed vinyl siding on residential and commercial sites.

Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Conveyed materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Placed materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code. Assembled customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Recorded amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Used computer (10-key touch, RF Scanners, ect.) to enter records. Drove vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
