-Pt intake and triage

-Obtain and maintain vitals

-Perform lab draws critical and yearly , dressing changes , ECGS, injections IM and Sub Q (steroids , hormone, flu shot , lipotropic injections)

-Initiate and monitor IV infusions

-Med management (med refills and dispenses in office)

-Timely documentation in EMR

-Pt assessment and diagnostic tests as ordered by MD

-Monitor pt condition, vitals, recovery process

-Effectively use EMR system updte pt records

-Administer scheduled meds intravenously, rectally, orally, subcutaneously, intramuscular

-Provide pre and post op nursing care

-Dressed wounds

-Assist pt with exercise , provide proper skin care to prevent skin break down and ensure proper positioning to prevent immobility

-Teach pt how to self manage conditions and maintain maxim function

-Assess pt

-Administer meds

-Collaborate extensively with physical therapist , social worker, occupational therapist

-Perform dressing changes to surgical wounds

-Suction patients with tracheostomies and perform trach care

-Monitor vitals

-Administer enteral feedings
