I believe that customer satisfaction is one of the most important parts of running a business. I try my hardest to improve my skills daily so that I can become a better team member. I am receptive to directions and I work well with others. In my previous jobs, when facing a difficult situation, I have always been easy to work with and very honest about my work integrity. I have experience in customer service throughout my work history. I enjoy a job that gives me a challenge and keeps me on my toes. I am looking to learn and improve my skill set. I am always interested in expanding my skills.
Working at Two Maids has been a great job. I worked on a two person team and also solos driving house to house to provide our cleaning services. I have cleaned everything from dishes to more deep clean areas like base boards and vents. This job has been more than just cleaning though, I was able to engage with customers and make them feel comfortable with us being there in their uncleaned house. Then leaving them happy with a freshly cleaned house. With in my first few months of working here I was moved up to a trainer. I enjoy being able to help people learn how to do a great job and how to talk to customers. I have currently taken over as manager at the Tallahassee location about one month before my one year anniversary. Now I'm in charge of scheduling, hiring employees, payroll, answering phone called and general office responsibility.
Working at Aftermath has been a rewarding job. I was a part of a three man biohazard remediation team. My job was to drive to homes right after very heartbreaking experiences of losing family members. My team was responsible for going in and assessing the situation and documenting everything on site. After signing paperwork and going through insurance, it would be time for us to go in and remove any bio hazardous material. We wear PPE at all times and wipe down all surfaces, including walls and floors. It was important to keep our truck stocked at all times, to prepare for a call that could come in at any time. Also to be sure that all equipment was cleaned and disinfected properly. This job has given me an immense amount of experience with customer service. With how sensitive this job is, it was important to listen to what the customer wants and needs. It's important to get in and get the job done without error, so they can get back to their lives and heal. I loved being able to be a part of that healing process and offering kind words in such hard times.
Starting out at Tapestry being a server, I greeted the residents as they came down to meals and provided a caring and welcoming environment. Allowing them time to thoroughly look over to menus and reading allowed the menu when needed. Throughout their meal checking to make sure they are happy with their food and service. I maintained a clean and sanitary dining room throughout meals. Without being prompted I created Meal Order Forms for the Memory Care floors, when I was hired orders were just being written down on paper. Due to the disorganization in the Memory Care Kitchen, I created a binder showing where everything in the kitchens were located, and how things should be kept up. Then I was put in charge of sections and side chores and seeing they were completed properly. Now, I've moved over to Tapestries sister community as the Dining Room Supervisor and in charge of hiring and scheduling. After I got things running smoothly at the sister community I've moved back to the original building continuing my work there.
I maintained and completed To Go orders, calculated tickets, and handled money. I managed the register and its transactions. Throughout the day I waited and served customers while providing caring customer service for any problems that arose during the customer's dining experience. I maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning the tables, sweeping floors, mopping and cleaning bathrooms thoroughly. I also assumed the position of a hostess and sat customers as they came in.
I provided the front with all of the cupcakes needed. Following all of the provided recipes step by step to prevent any mistakes. It was up to me to display and make all the cupcakes needed to open the store. Throughout the day I was expected to complete any special orders, clean, keeping the front stocked, and baking for the next day. Being the only worker there I had to simultaneously work in the front and sell the cupcakes and open the store.

Entered all food orders within a 2-3 minute time frame. Strictly followed all cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures. Maintained a clean and safe environment, including in the kitchen, bathrooms, building exterior, parking lot, dumpster and sidewalk. Reported to all shifts wearing a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Immediately informed supervisors when supplies were low or if the equipment was not functioning properly.

Due to personal family issues, I was unable to finish high school; therefore I could work full time to help support my family. I am looking into getting my GED in my free time.
