- Communicating with the different brands to ensure all employees/reps traveling are booked and checked into hotels.

-Aiding coordinators when needed, specifically with scorecards, payroll, and pushing time for employees.

-Working through the docs for hotels on Excel and updating them with changes/corrections when necessary.

-Creating scorecard recaps on Excel to distribute to the brand coordinators.
