Majorel purchsed 12 of Booking.com's 14 Customer Service centers. They told us they would give us 6 months of work, and they exceeded their promise and gave us 7 months of work.
At Dialog Direct I took phone calls from customers calling in for Roadside Assistance, and I also took calls from people looking to add time to their calling cards.
I took calls from people calling in to order items from the catalog, or other JCPenney advertisement's. I also fielded incoming calls to the correct department.
In my first four months of work I received 2 Bell-Ringer Awards from customers that were so happy with the service they received they were compelled to write or call in, to speak with a Supervisor.

Training to keep family/community safe during and after an emergency/natural disaster.
Since watching my nephews was the greatest job I ever had, I cherish the time I get to spend with them, as well as my sister and my Mom.
I also enjoy sketching, or drawing, and sometimes painting.
