A motivated teacher and coach seeking a challenging position in a Middle or High School environment to maximize the educational growth of all students, along with growing a successful softball program. Motivated professional offering an Undergraduate Degree in General Education K-6 and a Masters Degree in Family And Consumer Science with a concentration in Child and Family Studies. I will value to any organization in need of great collaboration, interpersonal and multitasking abilities, and will also meet tight deadlines. I have been the Lead Special Education Teacher the last three years that included managing over 60 IEP's, creating inclusion/intervention schedules school wide, overseeing paperwork of other colleagues, and reporting back to District Supervisors on a weekly basis to improve our department. Six years of head coaching experience at the Middle and High School level. Completely renovated a field that had not been used in over a decade while raising over $50,000 to complete the project. Started a Booster Club and generated money for a program that was in the negatives.
