Audrey Beckford

During my time at Meadowlark Elementary, I have worked under KImberly Groves, who is the Speech Pathologist there. She has helped my grow my confidence in working with articulation goals as well as helping me build my creativity when coming up with activities.

I am currently doing part of my internship, to receive my SLPA certification, at Johnson Junior High. I am working under Gwen Stout, who is the Speech Pathologist here and I have learned so much valuable knowledge from my time here. I have learned skills to effectively managing behaviors, I have learned about the wide variety of activities I can use to help students work on their speech and language goals, and I have learned how to effectively work with other team members, so that we provide the best care to students.
