Explained dialysis procedures to patients and answered questions and concerns prior to starting dialysis. I'm an advanced cannulator, (serving on the access team for new existing av fistulas and graphs) I am, and has been , the All Access manager, and Preceptor, for multiple centers with Divita, since 2010. I perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly patient education, ensuring every patient, understands and demonstrates back when appropriate.
