Summary

As a seasoned professional with fifteen years of experience counseling students and their families at independent high schools domestically and abroad, I have provided comprehensive guidance spanning the areas of academic and extracurricular advising, interest inventory assessments, standardized test planning and administration, college search and list development, application strategy, and essay support to students in grades 10 through 12. Additionally, I've taught classes to students on topics integral to the college guidance process and have prepared and delivered presentations to both families and students at application and financial aid workshops, while also crafting individualized student letters of recommendation for each student in my caseload.

Provided guidance and support to students in grades 10 - 12 with all phases of the college advising process, including student self assessments, academic advising, standardized test strategies, essay support, interest inventory development, college search and discovery through application completion. Composed comprehensive letters of recommendation for each student. College Board PSAT Coordinator for approximately 450 students in grades 9 - 11. Regular attendance at local and national industry events (NACAC, College Board, and ACCIS), counselor and school visits, and participation in all school sponsored college related events including the annual college fair.

Interests
