Daily Responsibilities:

• Balancing drawer/petty cash
• Adjusting employee time cards
• Handling disputes/chargebacks
• Managing staff by keeping everyone on track with daily activities

Bi-Weekly/Weekly Responsibilities:

• Counting vending/guest laundry revenue
• Landscape/grounds inspection
• Depositing cash transactions in bank account
• Payroll
• Inventory check and ordering

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Compiling packet of all bills and spending for month
• Completing spreadsheet with income and profits compared to previous year
• Scheduling for staff
• Attending city tourism meeting

• Sorting through job applications
• Conducting interviews and hiring qualified candidates
• Increased overall company efficiency by streamlining operations and implementing innovative managerial strategies.
