- Lighting Programming: Experienced in programing and managing light boards for live and immersive cinema productions, leveraging creative eye to achieve best lighting standards while communicating with lighting directors and other key personnel to make sure all lightning cues are hit.
- System & Equipment Maintenance: Repairs and maintains complex lighting and sound equipment as well as control stations, utilizing troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware and software to solve technical problems. Able to identify ongoing equipment problems while recommending corrective actions to technicians where appropriate.
- System training: Assists with training of clients and production staff on proper use of technical systems across programming, configuration, adjusting settings, file maintenance, and start-up/shut-down sequences. Develops training documentation as needed to streamline operation and maintenance of systems.
- Performance Set-up & Tear-down: Supports live performance where possible across multiple avenues including electrics, sound, carpentry, backlines, stagehands, and FOH duties. Gathers set-up requirements from stage managers and artists to best support audience experience.
- Project Management: Diligently supports project lifecycles for equipment installation within performing arts sector. Gathers project requirements from relevant stakeholders or clients, following schedule and budget demands before installing caballing, paneling, and control systems for lighting systems.
- Show Operation: Experienced in running lighting and sound systems during live performances and high-profile events, generating theatrical rigging while supervising auditorium maintenance and collaborating with directors to mitigate technical issues.
