Managed a Customer Support Team with interfaces including Dialpad, HubSpot Service Hub (HubSpot Academy Certified), and Slack(a cloud-based communication software) to ensure that Response Time, Ticket Organization, and Communication with the Client was as timely and efficient as possible.

Conducted employee interviews and training meetings (remotely), created and published important SOP Documents for the Team to utilize, and established weekly meetings with goals for each of the employees to ensure that the clients continued to receive "Beyond-Excellent" Customer Support from the Company.

Assisted new Leads with Account Manager Introductions, created an (ever-evolving, R&D-based) Onboarding Process for new clients, and further assisted those clients with Device Installation, Software Training, Software-related Customer Support, Data Integration Troubleshooting, and Equipment-upgrade Processes.

Completed Autoclave Certification for the sterilization of biochemical tests, decontamination of biochemical waste, development of agar mediums, and the development of various test tube biochemical formulas for the Microbiology Department to use for Classroom or Research purposes.

Managed daily Laboratory setup for several College Courses and Research Projects on a daily basis; this included the organization of classroom supplies with the use of Microsoft Excel for creating and updating inventory lists of chemicals and biochemical tests available for the Biology Department.
