· Assessment and treatment of neurodiverse patients in the pediatric population (under 3 years of age to 23 years of age)

· Manage a caseload 60+ patients in pediatric outpatient clinic (birth to 21 years of age) overseeing all aspects of feeding/speech and language pathology; including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.

· Develop setting-appropriate intervention plans with measurable and achievable goals for pediatric patients with various medical condititions including but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Development Delays, Global Delays, Angelman Syndrome, Cri du Chat Syndrome, Esophageal Atresia, Down Syndrome, Fragile x Syndrome, Prader-Wili Syndrome, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Trisomy 13 Syndrome, and other rare genetic conditions.
· Experience in assisting mothers achieve success in their breastfeeding/bottle feeding journey.
· Provide treatment and intervention in pediatric population regarding tethered oral ties (TOTs) assessment, pre-op and post-op intervention with knowledge regarding breast/bottle feeding.
· Provide education/resources to parents of children who are premature (early as 25 weeks), failure to thrive, those receiving G-tube and/or weaning from G-tube.
· Implement intervention plans and measure/evaluate patient performance in high-volume and fast-paced clinic.
· Daily communication and coaching with parents and caregivers to provide recommendations for home programs.
· Complete administrative and reporting functions necessary to support intervention including sending referrals/plan of cares to medical providers.
· Responsible for implementation of therapy programs to meet the needs of speech, language, and hearing-impaired clients under the age of three years.
· Document patient progress toward meeting established objectives as stated in treatment plan.
· Integrate a teletherapy based environment during a global pandemic where attention to detail, customer service and big picture thinking were portrayed on a routine basis.
· Assist licensed SLP in providing in-home treatment for speech-related conditions, including but not limited to congenital, developmental, and acquired disorders to children ages birth to three.

Assist in analyzing information from patient interviews and family history to help in speech development.
· Provide aid in developmental assessments (formal documentation, preparing materials) for a caseload of children in the home environment.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Social Workers, Physicians and family.
· Aid in the Implementation of approved treatment plans for speech, language, fluency, articulation, expressive and receptive language delays, and hearing.
· Support each child’s progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationships.
· Provide parent education regarding speech improvement strategies for in-home therapy clients.
· Assist and provide speech and language therapy (individual and group treatment) in a play-based approach to clients age zero to three.
