Additional Information
In 2017 I applied for and was granted a Medical Certificate. In 2019 I received documentation in the mail that my Medical and Pilots Certificates were being revoked due to misinformation. My misunderstanding was on the Medical application in 2017. Two years prior in 2015, I was arrested for a DUI that was deferred and dismissed by the Court. I was told by my Attorney the Court's ruling meant that my DUI was as if it never happened. When answering the question on my medical “since it never happened” according to my Attorney I said NO to having been arrested or convicted for a DUI. Upon receiving the letter of revocation, I hired an Attorney to help fight the revocation. I served a 8 month probation period during this time I could not apply for certificates. In May of 2020, I retrained and reapplied for my Medical and all Pilot Certificates and have not had any instances since.
