Clean rest rooms,trash disposal, vacuum,mop floors,strip and wax floors, clean carpets and lock and secure building when finished

• Move furniture, equipment, boxes or other items as requested by supervisors or clients.
• Operate floor cleaning machines to clean rugs, carpets and hard surface floors.

• Cleared clogged drains and replaced valves, faucets, and fixtures.
• Changed HVAC filters and cleaned condensation drains to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Inspected grounds and buildings to identify, minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.
