• Checking the mis-en-place according to the menu and do it accordingly.
• Handling the section during shifts.
• Prepare Ala carte order
• Prepare fresh Breads and Pastries
• Maintaining highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per HACCP.
• Maintaining the standards of kitchen and food.
