Ive taken medical classes my entire high-school career and want to take it a step further and actually participate in the field. I equate customer service with patient care, having to learn ASL and patience with older customers and the disabled, along with children and everything in-between. I work almost 30 or more hours a week while maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. I'm a Dynamic Service Champion at Taco Bell with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. Enhanced customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and conflict resolution, leading to increased loyalty. Trained new employees and streamlined operations, demonstrating adaptability and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Along with all those achievements, I help out the community in my free time, helping with multiple skills like house renovation, babysitting, assisting younger students follow their career paths and other things around the tri-cities.
