
With a deep passion for movement and well-being, I bring a unique blend of experience in yoga, personal training, and flexibility coaching. Certified as a yoga instructor since 2017 and currently advancing my studies through a 300-hour certification, I have taught yoga to children and volunteered within my community to share the benefits of mindful movement. My background as a personal trainer and flexologist complements my teaching, as I provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that support clients in enhancing flexibility and recovery.
