My position at Royal Farms greatly induced my experience in customer service. I assisted customers at the register with their specific needs and prepared food. I prioritized team efficiency to make sure all tasks were completed and I always had a helping hand. I learned how to deal with customers and how to assist those who needed extra help. I stayed on top of my duties and developed excellent time management.

After turning thirteen, my parents suggested I make extra money by babysitting neighborhood kids in our development. I have babysat children ages two months to ten years. There have been a variety of time periods for each job, ranging from only an hour to a full eight-hour day. I was responsible for keeping the children safe, playing with them in a safe and education way, making lunch and giving out snacks, and cleaning up any messes that were made.

Almost immediately upon getting my driver's license, I began working for DoorDash, alongside my mother as I was not old enough to have my own account. My mom enabled me to do the pick-ups, drop-offs, and manage the deliveries we completed each day. Since turning eighteen in September of 2023, I have worked solo. I spend roughly 20 hours a week delivering groceries and food to customers. Over the two years I've worked for DoorDash, I've sustained a 100% completion rate, 97% on-time/early, and an overall 4.5 customer rating.

Though I only worked briefly at Chick-fil-A, I learned a lot about the food industry and customer service. I had to leave early due to personal reasons, but my time spent there was beneficial. From day one, I was emboldened to take orders for customers, deliver their food, and assemble orders. I gained a fair amount of experience in what it is like to work for a cooperation.
