Austin Anderson

On October 20th 2023 I enlisted in the United States Army Reserves. I left for my training on June 3rd 2024. I spent 18 weeks in South Carolina on Fort Jackson going through Basis Combat Training and a weight control program called ARMS2.0

Started September 30th 2024 I spent 11 weeks on Fort Gregg Adams in Virginia getting trained as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic and mastering my specialty in the Army

• Prepared and submitted reports to demonstrate staff productivity and areas of improvement.
• Scheduled and prioritized tasks to staff, overseeing work completion.
• Recommended or arranged for painting, repair work, renovations and replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Supported campus events and activities by providing additional custodial services as needed.

• Walked through department multiple times each shift to evaluate and correct issues such as cleaning and stock replenishment needs.
• Greeted customers with friendly demeanor to enhance positive guest experience.
• Maintained focus during busy times and delegated tasks to employees to keep business running smoothly.
• Maintained high level of efficiency in fast-paced work environment.
