I'd test industrial fans and make sure they ran at the right RPM and were built correctly. Have to check the Amps and Volts. If they would run poorly I'd have to balance the wheel by welding a bolt or reprogram the motor. If those two things didn't fix the issue I'd have to take the unit apart and send it back to another department.
