Summary

Once I graduated high school in 2016, i then went to work at Elpro as a service technician where I learned great work ethic, data monitoring and evaluating, equipment calibration, building relationships with my co-workers and also customers on site face to face and via email/ phone calls, helping plan jobs with my co-workers and management. I then left to pursue a career in the oil field as a laborer. with my time working there i learned how to plan jobs strategically utilizing peoples best abilities to do the best job safe and efficiently. It really helped me gain knowledge on how to manage a group of employees. I then left and came to Farrar scientific by Trane Technologies where i have learned great customer service via email, phone and face to face delivering a great product. I work hand and hand with management shipping and production to ship customers a satisfactory product and execute IQOQ,s while also training my co workers to execute them and also train my co workers on how to test and charge our equipment i have a very friendly personality i get along with everyone i have a strong desire to challenge my self and a drive to move further in life which is why i am going back to school to get my bachelors degree in business management and i want to take the next step into a management role inside the company now.
