I served as a Sports Ministry Intern with the Full Count Rhythm, a summer collegiate baseball team in the Ohio Valley League. I assisted with gameday operations, including setup and teardown, filling water coolers, and helping with postgame meals. I traveled with the team, making sure equipment was properly loaded and unloaded, and ensured the merchandise table ran smoothly during home games. I had the opportunity to mentor a player, lead a team devotional, and build meaningful relationships with the players throughout the season. A key part of my role was articulating and representing the ministry mission of Full Count Rhythm in everything I did. It was a valuable summer of serving, leading, and sharing the Gospel through the game of baseball.
