Summary

I feel that I am a great team player and a self motivated employee. I am a strong team leader and am able to motivate and teach others to thrive with quality and safety in terms of productivity. I pride myself as a good fitter/fabricator that has extensive mechanical knowledge. I am always open to learn anything and everything that i can to better myself as a craftsman. I feel that i am fluent in multiple crafts and am very open to teach others to better themselves. I try to take pride in everything that i do. I have worked maintenance on a few occasions and found that it keeps a change in day to day to keep work from being repetitive and dull. I have worked many new construction jobs and quite a few shutdown and like to build and fix things to work properly while learning how they work. I am always up for a challenge in work and try to push myself to be the best employee i can be. I am comfortable with;rigging, bullrigging, welding, fitting (structural and pipe), mechanical (millwright) work, running forklifts, running manlifts, arc gauging, cutting and washing with torch, fabricating thread pipe, am pretty good at diagnosing problems while finding solutions to fix them, and planning/scheduling work in short amount of time. I am good on my feet, as issues come i am usually of of the first people to address a problem while trying to fix it as fast as i can as long as i can do it safely.
