-Evaluate newly proposed contracts for projects

-Promptly review and validate documents upon receipt of service requests from sales representatives during contract signing

-Conduct meticulous data verification with a keen attention to detail

- Execute accurate and timely data entry tasks

-Initiate submission of change orders for contract modifications

-Facilitate the submission of solar projects for finance through diverse lending institutions

-Collaborate with sales team to address contract discrepancies

-Maintain systematic tracking of loans and contracts

• Submit applications for new solar systems to various utility companies across multiple states (Specializing in utilities in VA,OH,MD,IL,MO)
• Ensure all data is correct for submissions
• Ensure documents needed for system energization are sent to appropriate party with customer information
• Coordinate with other departments to move projects to complete
• Submit for project complete/PTO in a timely manner for up to 150 active jobs at a time
• Review Jobs utilizing PV electrical experience in the field (Checking CADs/Install Photos) assuring all approved work was conducted as plans call for
• Train other Employees on Utility process
• Part of high priority projects team which also focuses on problem projects.

• Schedule inspections/track on average 125 solar jobs at a time for South Carolina and North Carolina
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure jobs are being moved forward and ready for inspection
• Data entry
• Customer service
• Coordinate electrical corrections with foremen for failed inspections
• Communicate with building departments and county/city jurisdictions in SC and NC-Charlotte area
• Communicate with inspectors and relay detailed electrical information to foremen
• Review install photos
• Documents/permitting
• Revisions
• Create reports for management
• Use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce coordination software.
